[Ferro-Alloys.com]European FeW price stood at USD39.7-40.7/kgW, which has fallen to the lowest level in 17 months. What’s more, it marked the first time that FeW price fell below USD40/kgW since March, 2013. The price of last August was USD48-49/kgW.

Some sellers offered low numbers, liquidating stock. The offer from China was higher, which was determined by domestic price. But European price was rather low, close to cost line, which suggested resistance to further drop.

A Jiangxi FeW exporter said that they have yet to receive orders from Japanese customers, and they first consumed original inventory.
