[Ferro-alloys.com]CITIC Dameng Mining Industries Ltd (CITIC Dameng) issued an announcement on the replacement of company director recently. Mr Zeng Chen resigned the job of non-executive director because of his position transfer in CITIC. Mr Suo Zhengang was appointed non-executive director of CITIC Dameng. This decision took effect from December 3rd, 2014.
