Currently, Jinyuan runs 4 lines making cored wires and quotation price for CaSi cored wires and calcium cored wires is RMB 9200—9300 per ton and 12000—13000 per ton respectively. Monthly output fluctuates with orders. Other kinds of cored wires are temporarily unavailable for almost no purchase from steel mills.

In consideration of environmental affect, Jinyuan chooses to purchase raw material outside. With the expansion of cored wires output，betterment of technical skills and improved environmental protection system, jinyuan may start to self-produce raw materials to better take expense under control.
