With the underperforming of steel-used cored wires market, companies shifted their focuses to businesses such as alloys and nodulizer cored wires.

Xi’an Yuanda Foundry Materials Technology Co., Ltd is the biggest maker in Northwest China of nodulizer, inoculation, vermiculizier and alloy cored wires. They have engaged in the field for more than 15 years and the output of their alloy products totals 20,000 tons annually. 90 percent of their products are for export.

Sales Manager introduced that now they produce 200 tons of high magnesium cored wires per month, which is supplied to ductile companies in Hubei and Jiangsu.

As for market, he is optimistic of the future. Due to improper handling by unskilled workers, some ductile companies can’t guarantee their product qualities, thus they choose to reused nodulizers. But trend is that nodulizer cored wires is doomed to replace nodulizer and massively be applied.
