[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to statistics, the iron ore exported from the Australian Port Hedland totaled 35 million tons in July, dropping by 8.6% from the previous month and down by 2% from the same month a year ago.
Meanwhile, China’s inventories of iron ore at major ports have decreased by around 1.07 million tons to 80.7 million tons in the end of July.
Port Hedland is used by BHP Billiton, Fortescue Metals Group and Atlas Iron to ship manganese ore cargoes.
