On March 4, 2016, the United States Department of Commerce has announced to start anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on China's stainless steel plate
Imports from China. 

The applications have filed by AK Steel Corporation and the Allegheny Ludlum,LLCd/b/a ATI Flat Rolled Products, North American Stainless and Outokumpu Stainless USA,LLC .

United States International Trade Commission will determine initial anti-dumping and countervailing investigation results before March 28, 2016.

The product customs codes are involved 7219.13.0031, 7219.13.0051, 7219.13.0071 and 7219.13.0081, etc.
