Taiwan's carbon steel plate transaction price might reach to NT$15,000/ton

China Steel Corp(CSC) announced to increase its AP plate price by NT$700/MT for May last Friday. CSC also announced the supply quantity yesterday which reduced by 20-30% compared to April. 

Stimulated by this, the supplier offered different price levels for carbon steel plate. The current plate transaction prices are in the range of NT$14,500-15,000/ton in southern of Taiwan. It is expected that it might reach to NT$15,000/ton. However, it still can negotiate for actual orders.
