The China's carbon steel plate increased at USD25-30/MT in the past three weeks. The current price level comes to USD385-390/MT CFR. However, the new price just released and it is increasing by USD10/MT and most of the mills all have the same prices up. So, the newest prices are at USD400/MT CFR. Affected by this, Taiwanese buyers are more conservative to purchase now.
