www.ferro-alloys.com: Another 8 steel factories announced in succession on 26^th, April that they are about to do some output production or recondition in May. Following are details:

Ansteel Lianzhong: Heating furnaces will be reconditioned from 2^nd, May to 6^th, May, which causes 15,000mt production reduction; and in the middle of May, hot rollings will be reconditioned for 3 days, leading to 10,000mt production reduction, therefore 25,000mt production will be reduced in May.

Jiuquan Steel Co.,Ltd. is about to cut 10,000mt production, including 6,000mt for 304 series.

Baosteel Desheng Co.,Ltd announced it would cut production for about 20,000mt due to cost, mainly the 201 series.

Huale Ferro-alloys would reduce production about 20,000mt based on the market conditions, mainly 201 series.

CICC is about to recondition during 2^nd, May and 10^th, May. Affected production will be 15,000 mt, mainly 201 series.

Henan Xinjinhui Co,Ltd, No certain date but the estimated reduction would be 15,000 mt, mainly 201 series.

Fuxin Special Steel Co.,Ltd is plan to reduce production about 20,000mt, mainly 304 series based on the market conditions.

Sichuan Southwest Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd plans to reduce production about 25,000mt based on the market conditions.

Besides, 3 more large-scale steel plants also plan to reduce production, they may announce the details in a few days.
