By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 11990 USD/T, it was 110 USD/T lower than the price on last Thursday. Today，the demand for future nickel was insufficient, the trading volume was still less. Due to fall of LME nickel price, the future nickel price dropped down largely. Compared with Wuxi 1906 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was 100 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 600 RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 97700 RMB/T. It was 1300 RMB/T lower than the price on last Friday.

The stainless steel market was in slack season. The trading volume was less. The price was stable. At present, the bidding price of high grade ferronickel remained the same. Today, the price of high grade ferronickel remained at 940-955 RMB/Nickel, and the price of low grade ferronickel was kept at 3200-3400 RMB/T.
