It is understood that building "Pangang aircraft carrier fleet" is a major decision made by our city after careful consideration and joint research based on the actual development of Pangang and the whole city and in-depth implementation of the relevant decisions and arrangements of the central, provincial and municipal Party committees. We will focus on building Pangang into a world-class vanadium and titanium enterprise of 100 billion level, build an excellent "Pangang aircraft carrier fleet" and collectively "sail out" to speed up the building of the world Grade V-Ti industrial base, to build a solid foundation for Panzhihua to fully integrate into the national strategy of Chengdu Chongqing Shuangcheng economic circle.

At present, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group has 16 projects settled in the east area. The east area will thoroughly arrange the key projects accelerated by Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group, actively connect the project plan, construction progress and other contents, and strive to integrate the specific work into the "14th five year" development plan of the east area. Further strengthen project management, include 16 projects into the first batch of key projects in 2020, determine a package leader, a coordination and promotion team, and work with Pangang to accelerate the project.

East District will actively connect with Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group, guide the warehousing work of investment projects, ensure the timely warehousing of investment projects in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group, and realize the unified investment of Panzhihua Iron and steel group. At present, six projects about to be completed, including the follow-up project of design change of mining company's Jianshan open pit to underground mining project and the phase I project of mining company's Majiatian tailing reservoir replacement reservoir, have been successfully included in the investment statistics database in the East District, with a total investment of 813 million yuan.
