Ferro-alloys.com:According to data from the Federal Customs Administration, from January to November 2020, Russia exported 177.5 million tons of coal, a year-on-year decrease of 5.3%. In terms of value, coal exports totaled US$11.2 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 23.8%. In the same period, coal imports amounted to 20.2 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 4.8%, and valued at US$284.7 million, a year-on-year decrease of 15.4%. From January to November 2020, coke and coal coke exports exceeded 2.4 million tons, down 4.6% year-on-year, and valued at US$443.1 million, down 26.6% year-on-year. In November, coal exports amounted to 17.3 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3.2% and a month-on-month increase of 24.7%. In terms of value, coal exports fell by 19.3% year-on-year and increased by 26.8% month-on-month, with exports exceeding US$1 billion.

The export volume of coke and coal coke in November was 255,700 tons, a year-on-year increase of 18.8% and a month-on-month decrease of 23.1%. In terms of value, the export value was US$47.9 million, a year-on-year increase of 7.4% and a month-on-month decrease of 19.4%.
