  As a supporting production line of MCCR production line, the flat line is responsible for the important tasks of plate shape repair and defect treatment, and plays a key role in meeting the delivery conditions of steel coil. Since its production, the production line has adhered to the tenet of "optimizing products and serving customers", overcoming difficulties, rapidly expanding production capacity, improving the plate repair capacity, meeting the demand of export orders for various specifications of products, and increasing the rate of contract fulfillment in key and difficult points. In February 2020, the flat production reached 51300 tons, achieving the first monthly production; in May, the output exceeded 53000 tons, exceeding the design capacity. The annual shift production exceeded 8 times, and the daily production exceeded 11 times. In January 2021, under the condition that the average thickness of flat strip was reduced to 2.05 mm, the production record was renewed again, with over 40% of the designed capacity.

  Optimize production organization and coordination. In order to ensure the target output task, 100% of the key and difficult order contracts can be fulfilled. The chain action of pinch roller in the cutting process is optimized to reduce the disposal time of the tail of the shear belt greatly; the trigger conditions for lifting the flat down roller are improved to improve the production efficiency of the small roll. In order to avoid the problems of team and team fighting, production standards and modes are not unified, a production team including production, technology and operation is established.
