[Ferro-Alloys.com]After the Export Quota of ores was Cancelled, the Nickel Ores Supply of Indonesia was adequate in Chinese market. but the Chinese buyers had much more strict request for the nickel ores, and the sales condition and the price were affected much by the index of water, silicon, and magnesium content.

 

It was acknowledged that the official fiels of theexport quota was not released, while it had alreadyput into force. It could be seen that most of the miners had recovered the export in Sep.. But the conditions in different areas reversed. In Indonesia, most of the high nickel ores concentrated in Sulawesi island, while the products here were not fit with the demand of the Chinese buyer, as the silicon and Magnesium content was higher than 2%. So the traders here faced great sales pressure. For nickel ores in Maluku, its price and sales were better, as its quality was well. But the supply here was little with only 3-5 mine enterprises.
