[Ferro-Alloys.com]According to statistics, Japan’s iron ore imports totaled 11.792 million tons in October, rising by 11.6% year on year.

In October, the country’s import revenues generated by iron ore totaled RMB13.073 million, falling by 10.8% year on year. The average import prices of iron ore were at RMB11,086/ton CIF, decreasing by 20.1% year on year.

In the first ten months of this year, the country iron ore imports amounted to 198.71 million tons, up by 2.3% in comparison of that in the same period of a year ago.

In the given period of time, the country’s import revenues of iron ore totaled RMB1.31 trillion, decreasing by 7.1% year on year.
