Outokumpu Aims to Complete Terni Sale Before Year-end

[Ferro-Alloys.com] Stainless steelmaker Outokumpu aims to complete the sale of its Italian subsidiary Acciai Terni Speciali (Terni) before the end of 2013, the Finnish group said on Wednesday July 24.
 
“Outokumpu is working to complete the divestment and targets signing a transaction [divesting Terni] during the second half of the year,” the Espoo-based company said.
