PrintAccording to data released by the Turkish Steel Pipes Manufacturers’ Association (CEBID), the country’s steel pipe exports amounted to 1.23 million tons in the first eight months of this year, rising by 4.1% year on year.
In the given period of time, Iraq was the main buyer of the Turkish steel pipes with 276,823 tons, soaring by 31% year on year.
In August alone, Turkey’s steel pipe exports totaled 162,798 tons, rising by 7.6% year on year. The country’s export revenues generated by steel pipes totaled US$151 million, increasing by 6.9% year on year.
