[Ferro-Alloys.com] The London Metal Exchange copper price advanced in early Asian trading on Friday on indications that the US budget talks were making progress.
Three-month copper traded at $7,175 per tonne at 03:14 London time, up $32.5 from its opening price. “Market confidence increased as the possibility of the US debt default greatly reduced, helping metal price,” an analyst from Cifco said.
