Luxi Changqing employs more than 200 staff with fixed asset of RMB 37 million (USD 5.97 million). It could produce 30,000 mt of electrolytic manganese metal (EMM) and 60,000 mt of industrial sulfuric acid every year. Most raw materials could be supplied by its general corporation and it has obvious cost advantage.
