[Ferro-Alloys.com] China Molybdenum is one of the world's largest mining companies. Recently, the company announced that it was going to acquire two new mining assets abroad, in Congo and Brazil.
First, the company said it was going to buy Anglo American PLC's phosphates and niobium business in Brazil, for $1.5 billion company. Later, it said it was acquiring Freeport-McMoRan Inc's stake in Congo's Tenke copper mine, for $2.6 billion.
