[www.ferro-alloys.com] Feng Hsin Iron & Steel Co, one of the major electric furnace mills in Taiwan, has announced not open new rebar purchasing prices next week, remained unchanged for two consecutive weeks. Due to coming Taiwan’s Dragon Festival holiday in next week, only three working days, the steel trade transactions will be affected.
Therefore, Taiwan’s Feng Hsin determines on Thursday to suspend trading in next week.
Feng Hsin's rebar base prices are at NT$13,200/ton and its scrap purchasing prices are at NT$5,700~6,200/ton.
