  TISCO stainless steel is a leading enterprise of stainless steel, and 300 series and 400 series stainless steel coils are in the leading position in China. The annual production capacity of stainless steel reaches 4.5 million tons. Baosteel Desheng with an annual output of more than 2 million tons is the main stainless steel asset under Baowu. Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. entering Baowu system is expected to reduce the intensity of industry competition, enhance the discourse power of both sides in the stainless steel field, and form a stronger industry competitiveness.

  After entering Baowu, the target is to reach 15 million tons of stainless steel capacity by the end of 2023, and the current capacity is 4.5 million tons.

  The first is the upgrading of Taiyuan headquarters, which currently has a replacement capacity of 1 million tons; the second is that the second base and coastal layout along the river will be launched immediately in China; the third is the overseas layout, where nickel resources are relatively concentrated.

  The production plan is to achieve a year-on-year growth of 4.17 million tons of stainless steel in 20 years and at least 4.2 million tons of stainless steel in 21 years. Among them, the proportion of high value-added 400 series chromium stainless steel is increasing, and the production of high nickel substituted imported products should be increased.

  The advantage of TISCO is that it has a complete range of varieties, full output and tube sheet lines; 200 series are not produced, 300 series account for 60%, 400 series account for 40%, and the proportion of 400 series will increase in the future. The proportion of direct supply of stainless steel is 80-90%. Profitability, 400 series is better than 300 series, net profit of 300-400 yuan per ton.

  The profit of non oriented silicon steel is also very good. Recently, both demand and profit have rebounded, mainly due to the motor demand of new energy vehicles.
