Print[Ferro-Alloys.com]According to statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Turkey exported 75,056 tons of steel wires in August, down by 1.3% from a month ago while rising by 2.3% year on year.
In August, the country’s export revenues generated by steel wires amounted to US$47.66 million, decreasing by 2.95% month on month and falling by 9.7% year on year.
In the first eight months of this year, the country’s steel wire exports totaled 762,332 tons, declining by 3.9% in comparison of that in the same period of a year ago.
In the given period of time, the country’s export values of steel wires amounted to USD496.6 million, down by 7.7% year on year.
